Suresh Kumar G. BSc., LLB.

Being in the field of practice for the last more than ten years, after having acquired LLB Degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology, I started my professional Career in High Court of Kerala in the year 2003. I acquired experience in all fields of legal profession in the Honourable High Court of Kerala and other Courts below in and around Ernakulam, including Alwaye, North Parur and Perumbavoor. I have been assisting my clients by representing their matters before other Tribunals also like the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunals, Kerala Co-operative Tribunal, Industrial Tribunal, Consumer Appellate Tribunal, etc.
Moreover I have conducted Domestic Enquiry to elucidate the truth of allegations raised against delinquent workmen of many companies like Container Transport Overseas Company, Geo Ready-mix Concrete P. Ltd., Johnson Lifts Limited, etc. I can proudly state that none of the enquiries were succeeded in challenge before higher fora.
I have been engaged to provide Due Diligence Reports (DDR) for a renouned Law Firm in Mumbai by leading lawyers, thereby imparting my experience and knowledge by providing recommendations for starting ATMs of different Banks in different places in Kerala for many months.
In coping up with changing legal scenario and with a view to provide legal assistance to my clients outside Ernakulam city, I have engaged many eminent practicing lawyers as Outstation Associates of Lexislegis in many districts of Kerala and have been leading the team of lawyers in contesting cases for and on behalf of the clients of Lexislegis efficiently. Presently I am fully equipped with necessary infrastructure to represent cases for and on behalf of clients of Lexislegis in various districts in Kerala through Associates of Lexislegis.
