All efforts to keep the family bonding intact by prudent individuals and the society are in vain and even newly weds are hastily running to Family Courts to find their ego and clashes successful. Our prime motive also is to settle family matters without being dragged in Family Courts for years and in certain cases, ultimately cases have to be brought for a Jusgement from Family Courts to find an end to the disputes that arise from family disputes. We give more importance to out of court settlement of disputes in family matters as far as possible because we hav emany a experience that court procedures would only create inconvenience, sufferance to all members of the family, especially children.
