We welcome young enthusiastic lawyers to be associated with us in assignments  on pro-rata basis, who are confident to handle matters independently in unrepresented areas in Kerala. Tasks include , litigation services , handling matters in relation to conveyancing, legal assistance, liaison work, legal opinions, due diligence reporting, inspection of sites, handling matters before  authorities, etc.,  for and on behalf of 'Lexislegis'.

 

Currently three categories of precticing legal professionals are associated with us according to their expertise, Category I being those who are experiences and  efficient to conduct cases independently, including evidence and hearing of cases; Category II being those who are less experienced, but capable of handling matters with assistance; Category III being the freshrs group, who represent cases on irrelevant posting dates and seek adjournment of cases if necessary.

 

Payments will be as pre-fixed from time to time on the basis of  appearence in individual cases and shall vary in all the three categories. Filing expenses, Court Fees, etc. shall be additional.

 

Activities include, contesting of  cases in various courts in Kerala, status reporting in each matter entrusted by sms and/or e-mail on the same day of proceeding,

 

Following of  ethics  in matters entrusted is mandatory. Any misbehavious, canvassing of clients of Lexislegis would be dealt with seriously with utmost deterrent measures. Transparency  in relation is compulsory.
